  Thank you so much for sending Mat and Alex to replace the defective heat tape plug! Also for your very quick response today. Mat first verified that the plug was the culprit, made the repair, and then climbed up to the roof to make sure that the tape was now melting the snow. Very professional! With the forecast for repeated bouts of snowfall, we thank you and your staff for the peace of mind you have given us. JOHN
