  We love our new deck! The Fletcher Construction team was fantastic! Samuel and his crew were friendly, diligent and easy to work with. Our project manager, Damien was detail oriented, professional and communicated with us every step of the project. Everything went smoothly despite the January weather. They worked hard and we appreciate it! A+ experience!

  My screened in deck was a little higher priced than other estimates but the result was well worth it. No doubt the crew was well experienced and worked together like instruments in an orchestra. It was amazing to see how quickly work progressed yet there was quality craftsmanship throughout. In this case I felt like I at least got what I paid for and perhaps a little bit more. Totally and completely satisfied. Very pleased!

  We did some research on various companies that built decks and enclosures, based off the reviews we took a chance with Fletcher. We are ecstatic with our deck and enclosure, the attention to details and constant communications was impressive. The patience the entire team showed from sales to the project manager and installation crew was incredible; we can't say enough about them. Would we recommend them? Yes, wholeheartedly. There are small family company that kept their word which few do nowadays. Thank you, Gunny, Chelsea, Lori, Andy, and the crew, I am sure I forgotten someone so please let them know as well.
