I have dealt with many contractors in my 77 year life and these are by far the best. From The estimate and coordination with Tim to the men that do the actual roof work.  They are all outstanding, friendly workers.  One of the best attributes is they do it for a fair and reasonable price.

I cannot recommend this company more ......they were honest and the only company that didn't try to over sell me. From the sells person to the workers they were exceptional. Definitely will be using them again if needed!

Great and Honest Company. I have called several roofing companies to get a quote for a roof. Some companies never even showed up for an appointment, the other half quoted prices that were ridiculous. Flat Roofing Experts guys provided a bid, advised me that my roof did not need to be replaced but a small repair would make it last couple more years. Tim and Viktor are amazing. It's rare to meet and do business with such honest and knowledgeable experts in the silicone coating roofing industry. They and their company are professional, timely and high quality regardless the size of the project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed.

I'm a General contractor and met Viktor in 2006, when I was looking for a contractor to help me on a roofing project that had several issues. Water was leaking in when we had heavy rain and we tried to repair it multiple times without any luck. The job was extremely complex and I was loosing hope, because I couldn't find a contractor willing to do the work properly.  Everyone wanted to just reseal the roof and they only offered a 10 year warranty on the product they used. The building was around 6000 sf and Apparently the original builder didn't install drainage properly, and Water was causing damage to the building. Viktor has many years of experience in all types of roofing and repair work,  and he got back to me with a really smart solution that solved all my issues. What I liked the most is that the silicone product he was using had a 20 year warranty.  He took the time to explain and educate me on how the product works and why he loved it so much. It took a lot more work then I expected but he was willing to do the work and recommend a solution that no one else offered. I really liked that he was honest and just really optomistic to find solutions. What he recommend was much harder since part of the roof had to be removed but he explained why that was important and really went into detail about the root cause of the problem, and the issues I would have down the road if not done properly. After he helped Me out on my project we have had Many more projects that required repair and replacement work, and he's been honest and reliable. I'm definitely recommending him if anyone is looking for roofing work. If you want the project done right, and someone passionate about what they do, he's the guy you hire, and not worry about anyone cutting corners.

They are certainly very well priced and are willing to work with you. Tim came right on time to our appointment and explained everything in detail. They are all very patient, reasonably priced compared to others in Albuquerque and overall just nice people to do business with. Will 100% recommend.

Invited them to take a look at one spot on my roof that I thought needs to be repaired. It ended up being filled with dryrot underneath. They expertly cleaned it out and repaired the spot. Right in time before winter. Highly recommend flat roofing experts.
