  We had a tile roof that was 20 years old that encountered a major leak during the last November rains in Albuquerque. Sunrise was the only company that was able to come out and examine the situation within 2 business days. They made sure to discuss and show us all of the costs for repair and replacement of our roof. Their communication, responsiveness and professionalism is top notch! It was a messy job to replace a 40 square tile roof with shingles plus repair the damaged areas, but they did it in two days! It was messy and they did as good as they could to keep the mess at a minimum. They did a wonderful job on the new roof! John, Manuel, Ricardo, the staff at the business and the "crew", are all hard working and caring individuals that try their best to do the job as perfectly and smoothly as they can! They were very kind to perform a post installation walk on the roof with me explaining everything they did and why. I can highly recommend them to anyone. We believe we got a very fair price for the work and materials.

  Sunrise Roofing advertises quality products however either the metal Roofing that they installed was of poor quality or it was not installed properly. It wrinkled during and shortly after installation. The one that they replaced had been on for more than ten years and never once showed wrinkling.

  Hi Joseph, we are sorry you did not have a good experience with your metal roof. The metal you have chosen has potential issues such as “oil canning”. However, some people still prefer this material and that is why we make sure all our customers are aware of this and sign our waiver before we begin installing.   Hired to re-roof a flat roof with TPO. The top ten reasons I recommend Sun Rise Roofing: 10: Sun Rise kept the lines of communication open. Staff responded fully and promptly to requests for information and patiently and reassuringly to statements of concern. 9: The estimator did not use hard sell tactics. He simply made himself available when needed. 8: Sun Rise charged a fair price. Their estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest of nine I received. 7: All employees were unfailingly courteous. 6: The project took as long as was needed. Because it rained for the better part of two days after work began, the project took one week. My roof was completed before Sun Rise focused on other projects. 5: The roofers worked long and hard. They showed up early, began work immediately, and when weather permitted, worked ten or more hours a day. 4: All employees went above and beyond the call of duty. For example, when, in late afternoon on the first day of work, rain was first predicted for following day, the roofers worked into the early evening to ensure that my roof was "buttoned up tight." 3: The owner, an experienced and talented roofer, worked with his crew each day, personally supervising and ensuring high quality work. 2: Sun Rise delivered what was promised. The project began as predicted, the price was as estimated, and the product was as described. 1: Sun Rise delivered high quality work. Indeed, the roofers met and exceeded my exacting expectations. Among other things, TPO seams were tight, pitch was consistently improved, and the worksite was left in a pristine state. Custom work on the mansard roof's coping metal is nothing short of extraordinary.
