  I had a great experience with First Impressions. I worked with both Jeff and Ted on my project. They both were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about my options. I appreciated all of their hard work and attention to detail. Shortly after doing work on my home, I had a family member who needed urgent help. They answered their phones right away and were able to assist us that day. We are forever grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone in need

  I called a couple of local roofing companies and left messages, but Ted at First Impressions answered right away. He was out to our house within an hour to give us an estimate and the work was completed the next day. Cannot say enough about their level of service and responsiveness! Our soffit looks good as new and we were so happy to have it fixed so quickly.
