  If you're looking for a contractor for new siding or roof for your home, look no further. After hail damage to our home we asked around and were referred to 22nd Century Roofing by a friend. Adam and Roshay came to the rescue and walked us through the insurance claim process, material selection pros/cons, and installation schedule. We ended up installing Hardie board siding and class 4 shingle on our Bloomington home. The team did an excellent job, our home looks great, and we could not be happier with the end result.

  We hired 22nd Century Roofing for a complete gutter replacement (and leaf guard), including new soffit and fascia for the entire house. We were taken care of by Tyler start to finish and were quite amazed by his energetic and professional team both in the office and on site. We are beyond pleased with the job. Very well done guys! A few details that I would like to share as to why we would recommend this company: #1 - Communication!! After my first inquiry, I was contacted within 10 minutes with some basic questions to help size the job, work out a time to meet, etc. EVERY question I had was answered within 24 hours, most often immediately. I was kept in constant contact with the crew on any changes to start/end dates. #2 - Honesty/Reliability - What we paid was exactly what we were quoted. That rarely happens. In addition, they finished the job more than a day ahead of schedule. #3 - Finished Product. As you can see from the photos, we have a brand new house…at least to us😀 Cost of gutter, downspout, leaf guard system, soffit and fascia replacement for the entire house - $12000. Minus soffit/fascia was quoted at about $6000.

  I had a great experience with 22nd Century Roofing for my fascia repair. In the beginning, they were the only contractor who responded to my request. During the estimate visit, Tyler was great to work with; he spent a great amount of time looking at the fascia damage and even fixed up several things on the gutter and roof. Despite some delays due to extreme winter weather, the crew showed up in a bitter cold day and had the project completed in just one day. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended to friends and neighbors.
