Exterior Plus worked with us and our insurance company on our hail damaged roof. The insurance company first denied the claim, but Exterior Plus knew we had a valid claim and guided us through the appeals process, meeting the adjusters several times at our house to review the damage. Insurance company finally approved the claim and Exterior Plus was able to get right on the roof and gutter replacement. Their crews did an excellent job!

Their representative visited in late December regarding a roof repair and inspection. Two weeks later I received an estimate. Called the rep, asked a few questions then approved the estimate electronically. (Although, I was never going to pay a 60% deposit on the job which he requested.) Had not heard from him a week later so I called his number as listed on the estimate. Reached the office who told me he was no longer with the company and they couldn't find the estimate. The lady apologized and said one of the principals of the company, Bryan, could come by the next day. We did meet and he said they found the estimate and would honor it. However, he wanted to inspect the roof and since it was cold, he would schedule for the next week when the weather was to be warmer. The warm weather came but he didn't. So the following week, I called their office and another lady said she would give him the message and he would contact me that day. Didn't happen. Called again the next day and she said she was suprised he hadn't contacted me. She would immediately text him and I would be contacted that day. Never happened. If the job was too small or didn't fit your business model, just have the courtesy to let me know.

I first considered this company because they helped my sister financially last Christmas after seeing one of her Facebook posts. She is battling cancer and the help was greatly appreciated. They are local and give back to the community. I am a new homeowner and I know it hailed really bad back in May but I didn’t know the process to ask my insurance company. I put off submitting the claim and I thought it was too late to submit a claim. Luckily, I had up to a year to place a claim. I decided to reach out to Exterior Plus and Brandon H. helped me through the process. I now have a new roof! They made the time to meet with the insurance company and I. I know I’ll be using this company again in the future.
