  Salesman came out because I requested a quote. Informed him that I had 3 companies lined up to come look. Refused to ballpark a price, gave some nonsensical reasoning of checking satellite imaging and emailing quotes. Took off and never heard back. Must have decided competitive pricing was an issue or the job wasn’t worth his time. If you don’t want to compete with other companies and your only goal is to give the typical seedy salesman presentation to lock in your leads just say that. Contact these guys if you have no idea about your project and are really hoping to get taken advantage of with scripted telemarketer type rubbish. On the plus side, the guy seemed like a nice dude, I guess.

  Hey Nathan Galub so sorry to hear your experience wasn't awesome. The reason your sales person hasn’t got back with you was do to being out Sick. You offered to pay for Materials in order to save you money and we told you that we don’t do projects like that. We also told you that we are able to get them cheaper then you. We are also not aware have any telemarketing scripts that you were pitched. We told you we would be back to take a Hover report which is done by satellite. No one asked you to sign any thing or agree to anything so I’m not sure how we took advantage of you. If still want your estimate we will be happy to help.

  Exterior genie came out and did a great job on my roof repair. The guys showed up on time, did a great job and were very professional and courteous! Extremely happy with their work.

  Edit: After seeing this report the company decided to charge me 2.5x the original asking price. However they still did nothing. Proof in the pics. I asked this company to do an inspection. My last contactor dropped the ball on my install. The gentleman I spoke with committed to a time, then never showed up and would not return my texts. I would have paid them for their time and had a check waiting already made out. I feel like to just ghost a customer and lie is a true insight in how they do business. I would have been fine to say, "no we are busy."

  We went to your house on 01/4/22 at 10am and took pictures of your damaged siding. The pictures you sent via text was already repaired. You had storm damage on the right side of your home. We told you we would go by there and take a look which we did and we would ge back with you. We have not had time to do any report for you. In fact We have no contract with you yet you have left us review when you haven’t agreed to our price for services. After the wind storm on Monday we have received a overwhelming amount of calls to repair damage. You have asked us to Write a report not fix anything for you. We did what we said we would do and took a look. We will get back to you after we have reviewed everything.
