  My spindle and dead bolt lock broke on my French door and I went to Erie to see if they had the supplies for me. The gentleman that waited on me (wish I got his name) was absolutely terrific! He went out of his way to get me the supplies I needed and did it happily just to take care of the customer. I highly recommend this company if you need windows, doors, locks etc. I am very satisfied with customer experience from this institution! If I ever want to improve my home I will go to Erie 100% just because of this mans hospitality. I recommend this 10/10!
