  These guys are phenomenal! I called about 10 or so roofers, most of which didn't even return my call. A few showed up, took measurements and didn't call back. A few gave me astronomical quotes and it didn't include a rubber roof. Mike and Joe where the last ones on my list to meet. They spent over an hour with me, explaining the ins and outs of my particular roof. It is a commercial property flat roof and has been done poorly in the past by less qualified companies. Not only did they give my a price that was lower then everyone else (by a lot) they also gave me the highest quality "rubber roofing material" with a 50 year warranty and it was done the same day! They came bright and early, worked until dark. I was blown away! They came back in the morning to make sure everything was installed and passed inspection. It looks beautiful! Thank you so much.
