I found the experience excellent from beginning to end. Our sales rep made reasonable promises that were kept. The installation crew showed up punctually as promised and the work was completed in ONE day (I was amazed). The completed roof looks fantastic.

The crew that came were very nice and ready to work. They got the job done in a day and it came out great. However the communication side is a little bit to be desired. Tony the install manager never really informed us correctly when materials for the job were gonna be dropped off. So the crew that came had to wait since the materials weren't there prior already. Plus coordination with dumpster company wasn't good they never called us prior to when they were coming.

Erie’s roofing crew put tarps everywhere to protect our windows and siding from removing the old roof. The cleanup left the area as if they were never here. I am extremely happy. They supplied aerial photos enabling me to really see the before and after work.
