  First off, they answered me and came to give a quote for work against a house I was purchasing when almost no one else would call me back. Kevin did not charge for his time to provide the quote, which was urgent to our negotiations for the house. Friendly, helpful, and completed the work when indicated despite my mistakenly not answering a phone call from him that morning. They removed an old chimney and patched the roof, in less time than I would have inspected. Easy to work with, no surprises - the quote given was the price paid. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone.

  Build Pros did a great job replacing my front and back flat roof. The quality of work and work ethic of the gentleman who completed it was above and beyond. Kevin provided me with a very fair quote with a promise to have the work done soon and it was. This is a valuable company to have in the area and I will use them again for work on my home.

  We had a roof replacement and soffit repair due to storm damage. There was an insurance claim involved. There was a sizable gap between what Build Pros charged and what the insurance was paying for the repair. The gap was with the soffit repair. The insurance company was willing to work with us to help close the gap, they just ask for some additional details from Build Pro. Kevin was happy to work with me and give me the information the insurance company was looking for.
