The crew that showed up were experienced , covered the landscape to protect it. Completely had the entire roof stripped under 4 hours, identified and repaired water/hail damaged areas. Completed with roof and majority of cleanup by 7:30pm. Came back next day to complete the cleanup. Highly recommend. 30 year warranty with an 11 year transferable. Quality products used. Could not be happier. Great job.

Very professional from start to finish. The initial consultation was extremely informative explaining, in detail, the products used and the process that was to be used in the installation. Once we signed the contract, Erie stayed in contact with us to ensure everything was proceeding as explained. The materials were dropped off, as promised and the installation was fast, only one day, and professional. The installers left our home the same way it was when they arrived but with a brand new roof that looks great.

The sales rep was very throu threw the process I asked question and he was able to answer them without having to look any of question or answers. And the phone contact was always on point. Told me when to expect the roofing materials and the dumpster and they showed up on Wednesday and the next morning had a crew at my front door at 7:30am and they started clearing my roof at 7:35 am and finished by 1:45 pm. The Roofing crew was very polite and they did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. My neighbors told me my roof looks great and I’m very pleased with the whole project and can already tell with the home staying warm. I just want to Thank everyone involved with this job. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.
