  Doug Frey and his crew came in and dialed out my addition with a little closed cell foam/blown in insulation combo on the exterior walls and Batt insulation on floor/cap/interior wall and did an awesome job. The benefits of their spray in foam is incredible from the sound deadening to keeping the heat in and the cold out. The place was cleaned up like they had never been there. The guys were very respectful and professional from start to finish.

  Approximately 1 month ago I had a very pleasant conversation with (I believe) Don regarding insulating our new pole barn. We discussed different options, pricing, etc.. I provided my name, phone # and email address and was told I would receive a quote 'right away'. Two weeks went by and nothing. Knowing that things do happen, ie. economy is booming, contact info is lost, family emergency arises, etc.., I reinitiated contact with ECI and requested to speak with Don again. I explained the circumstances to the woman who answered the phone and was told that Don was on another line presently, and that she would make certain he received my message and would be giving me a call back. That was approximately two more weeks ago and still no call. I just don't understand. My biggest issue is I gave ECI the benefit of the doubt and called them back, and still no response?? It's not like I was asking about a couple rolls of insulation for a hundred bucks. This is a significant investment costing 5-10k. I felt confident following our initial conversation and now that is all gone. Being a prior business owner myself I believe it is the owner's responsibility to know what's going on within their organization. Like with any business, you are only as strong as your weakest link. With the local economy (construction) as busy as it continues to be, you don't need my business. But that's not the point and you already know that.
