  When you have a large gravel area off to one side, and your contractor even leaves a sign there, after the home owners and contractor both tell the delivery company the roofing materials are to go in the gravel area, but you dump it all on the lawn and irrigation system.... you get one star because it's the lowest the scale goes. i would never do business with these guys again. Even our roofing crew stopped doing business with them!

  I can strongly recommend the team at Building Solutions. Every order and or delivery has been perfect. Just today they went above and beyond with a warranty issue from a supplier they offer. I have never gotten the runaround with any question, only honest people working hard to make my job easier. Thanks to Tracie, Oscar, Preston, Mando and Becky. You guys are great.

  Took our new entry door to be quoted by Building Solutions after another dealer in Bend became unresponsive. Not only did Building Solutions come in at lower prices than the Other Guys, but they got the quote one day after we dropped off the specs, while here it is three weeks after the Other Guys said they'd get right on it, and we've heard nothing. Building Solutions gets our business for the rest of the house's new doors and the Other Guys (I won't say who they are but their name begins with "Deschutes Window") won't get called by us again. It's tiring not to have calls returned day after day.
