  Jake and his team did amazing! I live about 250 miles away from my house that was damaged in the recent storms and Jake bent over backwards trying to keep me from having to travel back there and deal with the insurance company all by myself. He communicated every step of the way and even helped me find someone to work with the insurance company. (I originally tried another big name contractor in the area because of their excellent reviews but they must be lies because they literally gave me the runaround for weeks until I got desperate and branched out to Elite.) Going with Elite was the best decision I could have made! Elite was dropping off supplies before I even got the quote from the other contractor. The price was great for the amount of work that had to be done. My roof has an extreme slope, multiple eves, and two damaged chimneys and they got it done in a SINGLE DAY and that's not even mentioning the interior work! Even when there was an issue with the people staying in my house demanding services I didn't approve of from his crew, he worked with me on the price and still made sure his people were paid. Not to mention everything looks so much better! Definitely recommend if you need a quick, no stress contractor if you're anywhere in Southern Illinois!
