  Very professional company to deal with from quote to completion. Lloyd Taylor was extremely easy to work with he kept me apprised every step along the way. He would drop by to monitor the progress on my roof and ensured all the needed materials were delivered on time. He came by after completion, which only took two and a half days, to ensure that my yard was clean and free of roofing nails and debris. I would highly recommend Elevate to friends and family in need of their services. Lloyd was extremely competent and professional person to deal with and the new roof looks amazing. Lastly their prices were excellent for the size of my roof which is rather large. Thanks Elevate and Lloyd for my beautiful new roof.

  Do not deal with this company. They were contacted to do work in my home after a large hail storm 3 months ago, and the work is still not complete. There is 0 communication for weeks after the "down payment" is received for the work. Water poured into my home while they were doing some of the work due to their incompetence, and they don't care. I am now left with no option other than to complete their unfinished repairs, and fix anything they damaged after the work the did attempt. This"work" was contacted through the Spartanburg branch, where i couldn't find a separate Google maps listing.

  They we’re great up until the moment I signed a contact. They made all kinds of promises on quality and when they would do the work. After the contract was signed it took a long time to get the work completed. Then they didn’t do what they said. The work was very low quality and Keith tried to bully me into signing for additional cost that came up due to their poor planning. They tried to pull a bait and switch on me after my roof was removed. Now a year later I’ve found more problems. Just very low quality work and they only want your money. Once they have it they could care less. Ensure everything is clearly in writing if you deal with this company. I would recommend finding someone else. I will say that Stu Graham was very professional and tried his best to keep everything going smooth. Unfortunately the sub installing the roof just did poor quality work.
