  From start to finish, Easton made my roof repair a very satisfactory experience. They showed up when they said they would, explained fully the work needed and what to expect, completed work professionally, leaving behind no debris. And all at a very reasonable price.

  Easton Roofing replaced the roof on our old house. The job was completed as the representative, Kurt, told me it would be. They did a good job on the tear off of several layers of old roofing, installation of new roof and gutters, and clean up. I would use Easton Roofing again and would recommend the company to other homeowners looking for a roofing professional.

  On their card it says Integrity Matters. Unfortunately this does not apply to the crews who are doing the work. Do not use this company unless you plan on being on the roof watching the workers every move. I did not, and now I do not have confidence the job was done correctly. See the pictures to back up this review. First, I just happened to walk outside to look at the progress and notice the weather protection material not cut properly and did not go all the way to the edge. I called and voiced my concern and they supposedly fixed it. Now I fear this is what I caught them skimping on, what else was neglected and covered by shingles? The manufacture of the shingles had mismatch colors in a bundle. The workers installed it anyways, instead of opening a new bundle. (Integrity ??? Common sense???) or was it get the job done and let someone else worry about it. So Easton instead of just fixing the issue right away, submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer on the shingles and then wanted to do repairs to my roof in colder weather. (They did allow me to have them hold off until spring so the repair would have warm weather to adhere.) They also left a vent out (remember what else did they neglect? Well there's one thing. Hmmm what else???). They just covered the hole with tarpaper and shingles. The valleys were not properly nailed down and multiple exposed nails were not covered with roofing caulk. The roofing cap was poorly done not looking professional at all. Clean up was a joke. Tar on my newly stained deck. A lot of nails and debris were left in the yard or blown behind bushes. Even after a second time of them coming out and cleaning up I picked up a lot of debris in my yard. (See picture) I could go on and on. I haven't even talked about the gutters which leaked very bad. They didn't even seal them in some areas. Now they did try to correct everything they could but if they cut corners in the first place who knows about the workmanship you can't see. I could have gone with a lot cheaper company but you usually get what you pay for and in this case I would have felt more comfortable in the end with a cheaper company at least some of those companies would have waved my deductible. Everyone I spoke with at Easton is extremely nice but being nice doesn't make up for poor construction practices. Please take a look at the pictures and do yourself a favor, choose a different company!

  Stephen, i am sorry you were dissatisfied with the work. We have made multiple trips to try and satisfy your concerns. We completed the roof work in the fall and there were color issues with the shingles. Unfortunately this is very hard to detect during the install. We contacted the manufacturer and they stood behind the material, and we re-installed it for free. I am sorry you had a bad experience, I wish we could have satisfied your concerns.
