We are very satisfied with our choice of Braden Roofing. We were referred by Patrick Exteriors when we contacted them about replacing our roof. Braden Castaner is a straight shooter and you can tell he knows his business. We had our roof replaced after 20+ years in service and also added upgraded skylights, which we LOVE!. All in all, the crew did an excellent job of protecting our landscaping and cleaned up very nicely. I highly recommend Braden roofing!

Do not hire this company!! They do not stand behind their warranty. They are very unprofessional and argumentative (Deborah-part owner). Braden roofing installed our roof in 2017. They neglected to install it properly, leaving off a 2 foot piece of flashing leaving a gap of 2 inches for bats to enter our home. When called they couldn't find the warranty paperwork and after a week they finally got someone to come out and install the flashing and close the gaps. I contacted them to pay for the bat infestation ($650) and they refused. Deborah said that the squirrels removed the 2' piece of flashing. I have not once seen any flashing laying around that any squirrel had removed. Then she said the bats removed the flashing. I would think that it would take a lot of bats to remove a 2' piece of flashing. Regardless, she argued and denied payment for the bat infestation. Such a disappointment of a company and I do not plan to ever contact them again regarding the warranty I should still have for another 8 months. Call a different company, might I recommend, KC Gutter Tech. Very professional and stands behind their work. They also know the difference between a flashing that was never installed versus a bat removing that same flashing.

You are a foul mouthed and dishonest bully. You claim that Mrs. Castaner was "unprofessional and argumentative" yet your own words to her were "I hope you f*** off!", before you hung up, ending the conversation. Carrie Bentson, you're a real class act. You said that you waited for a week before we had someone out. This is a lie! Your first call was on 9/17 @9:10am. Juan, the crew chief went out on 9/20. Considering 9/18 and 9/19 were Sat. and Sun, we responded to you in less than 2 business days. You basically put out a public comment before getting your facts correct. Regarding the mechanics of your claim, you are blaming Braden Roofing for bat infiltration and demanding recompense... Kindly show me the part of the contract warranty where Braden Roofing warrantied against animal activity? Of course you can't. Doubt if you could find a single long time contractor who would do such a thing. Even insurance companies do not typically cover animal activity. Braden Roofing absolutely does stand by our work and warranties as evidenced by 26 years in business and customer loyalty (thousands of references available upon request!). We will bend over backwards to work with customers even if they may have a wrong headed notion about things. What we will not do is simply throw money at unreasonable people because they threaten negative reviews. So let's get this straight. We did the roof in 2017 and you had zero problems (and had nothing to say about it online) and now 4 years later you have bats in the belfry (in more ways than one, apparently) and so you assume that it is the roofer's fault? We go and do a good faith fix of something which is probably not even our fault (you're welcome!, BTW) and you then threaten to 1 star us if we don't cough up an additional $650 bucks? This is a perfect example of "reputational extortion". If we don't pay out your unreasonable demands, you will publicly slander our hard won good name. It sounds like a protection racket. Well we don't pay those, either. Ok, well have a good life (such as it is). We called Braden for an estimate on a roof replacement. He told us we had hail damage. Well we knew that as many years ago we had another company tell us that. At that time our insurance adjustor denied the claim! Braden said we needed to try again with our insurance company and he would be happy to meet the adjustor. Well he was able to make sure the adjustor was quite aware of the previous hail damage so it was covered by our insurance company! We really appreciate the time he took and how quickly he was able to get the material in (not easy as we were particular on what type of roofing material we wanted and also with Covid causing delays in certain materials). The roofing crew was great and efficient! They worked hard to get the job done fast! Our roof looks great and we are very happy with everything! We will certainly call Braden for all our roofing needs!
