  They made the process of replacing my roof due to wind damage easy and helped work with the insurance company. The communication was good and the roof and gutters look great. The dumpster left left rust stains on the driveway and roof tar got on the driveway as well which required me to try to remove and it still is not perfect. The garage door also has staining on it now from when the dumpster was placed too close to the garage and stuff touched the garage door. I am happy overall but wish the installers took more care so that these cleanup issues did not happen.

  Our experience with Dynasty started good. It was once the project was finished that we experienced a substantial amount of difficulties. The biggest issue is that their equipment cracked an entire segment of my driveway. I reached out to Dynasty immediately and they sent someone out to take pictures and I was told it would be taken of. After not hearing back for several weeks, I began trying to reach out to Dynasty--I texted the project manager numerous times (heard back only a couple times and was told the issue would be fixed), emailed them several times (never heard back), made multiple phone calls (where no one answered and there was no voicemail). This went on for the course of 3.5 months and Dynasty refused to respond in a professional manner. I finally got ahold of someone at the office who said she'd have someone reach out to me. When that person finally reached out to me, she did so via email and cited that Dynasty wasn't responsible for any driveway damage--which I don't have a problem with. But if the issue was that easy to resolve, then why was I told Dynasty would take care of it? Why did they open a file on it--sending someone to take pictures of it? Why didn't they just tell me 3.5 months ago that they weren't responsible? Dynasty lacked all professionalism and their communication was horrible. They seem to view their customers as nothing but a means to making a quick buck and have no care or concern for the quality or respectability of their work or business. I won't recommend Dynasty to anyone, and I'm thankful I don't have to do business with them ever again.
