Our condominium Association hired Florida Southern roofing to replace most of our roofs. They have been very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property and landscaping. On our property now for almost 3 months, they are very hard workers and have done a quality job. Roofs were inspected and wind mitigation reports sent out immediately. Not only were they most competitive with price, but they are very kind people. Carlos and his crews have been exceptional, and clean up at the end of each day. We recommend!

Showed up two weeks late, did not follow installation instructions, did not follow guidelines of security company, did not disclose the full extent of interior work for skylight. Broke hot water heater vent, looks like someone got cut really bad based on the red on the white flat roof, passes me off from person to person for issues and cannot provide me with contract from their notary republic. Roof doesn't leak after 8 months though.

Amazing job by a group of hard working individuals. Whether it was the 12 hour first day due to unforeseen issues or working through rain these guys are amazing! Clean job site and top notch work. I recommend these guys without any hesitation!

Highly unsatisfied.  Our condo association hired this company and we asked before our roof was repaired what measures were expected to remove all nails from the front lawns where we walk with our dogs. My spouse stepped on one nail and luckily it did not go through the sole, another punctured one of our bicycle tires.  In all 5 nails were found and I wish I could upload pictures of them all. Calls to Carlos were not returned and one call the associate ended up hanging the phone up on me.

Augustine Valero and his partner Dan performed a roof leak repair at my house 09/20/2021.  They were very professional, very methodical both in finding the source of the problem and carefully made the repair. They kept the work site clean and orderly during the repair and did a good final clean-up. They were courteous and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the work. Due to the pandemic and all that is going on, not getting the original shingles I picked out, Mike Clark the technician went beyond to make sure I got my second choice. The installer was able to start the next day.  They finished on time and thoroughly clean up everything each day and did a final clean on the last day. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. The CFO and the rest of the office staff has great public relationship. The site supervisors was great. Chad was awesome. FL Southern Sold me a TPO roofing system, flat roof.. tapered to have no roof standing water. They removed any sub-strait plywood that was questionable. They say now it's settled and here shouldn't be any swells holding water.. I'm not done doing my due diligence on defective products and installation. They refused to
correct the issue.. and Left..

Mr. Cobert, I’m truly sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, your home had severe settling causing deflection in the roof deck. During the re-roofing process we added the ¼” per ft slope as proposed in our contract. This did have success in creating positive drainage on your flat roof. Images prior to us re-roofing your home show your roof completely underwater. The small “bird baths” at the perimeter are to be expected and dissipate quickly. Your new roof meets or exceeds all manufactures and code requirements for positive drainage and will service your home well.
