  We would highly recommend Dream Roofs. From our first contact with Maia and her seeing us through the entire process to Richard and Ryan doing a superb job on our roof teardown and new roof. They did an outstanding job, even to the added touch of metal trim around the edges of the shingles. Our cupola even looks great! Thank you all. We just love, love our new roof.

  My experience is i paid for a new 30 year roof in 2011 had nothing problems around a new skylight before that he couldn't seem to get repaired right. I found someone to fix it right. Now today at only 10 years old I see a problem with the shingles and have a professional from my insurance coming out to inspect. The roof is a shingle mess, lifting everywhere and The wind really hammered it hard! Faulty singles IDK

  There are material warranties that are put in place for defective and or recalled materials .there is a time frame for these warranties to be affective. A simple call to your contractor could have saved you a lot of stress about your roof. We will look up your file and see if we can help you . Thanks Richard
