  Very high quality workmanship on the part of the crews that replaced our roof, gutters and siding. On the other hand, the project managers and the home office performed poorly when it came to customer service and responsiveness to questions. For example, it took more than three weeks and several phone calls to get extra siding material removed from our driveway. We're still waiting for a replacement chimney cap. I'd recommend DHI for its quality workmanship, but be advised that you'll need to be aggressive when it comes to getting the work done in a timely fashion.

  Eric Murh was extremely helpful in getting our full roof replaced as promptly as possible after the 2020 Derecho took off the back half of our roof. Eric was also helpful in getting insurance approval for all new siding and gutters. JD was very helpful in getting the siding installed. I am very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship of the siding crew that installed the siding. Also the new gutters added the final touch. My home turned out as well as I expected and I am very pleased with the work DHI did on my home. It took awhile, but that was do to the shortage in materials. Thanks DHI.

  Overall I'm happy with the work that was done. I had my roof and siding replaced due to storm damage. My only complaint would be on the "corporate" side of things as they seem pretty unorganized and unable to handle invoices very well. I paid for the roof repair months ago in full but I still occasionally get calls asking me about paying the invoice and I have to remind them I've already paid. I've also been trying to pay my siding invoice for months but as of right now I still haven't seen the invoice after calling them multiple times to ask what I need to do to actually pay it.
