Highly recommended company. Easy to work with. Very professional, very dependable. They made my leaking skylight "go away". I feel very confident that not only did they fix the leak, but replaced the leaking skylight with a very energy efficient product. The finished product is much better than the original. I couldn't be happier. If I ever have a roofing problem, Dependable Roofing will be the first one I'll call.

Dependable Roofing replaced my roof in October. I would highly recommend them as the job was excellent and the clean-up each day was like no one had been on the property. The crew was very professional and efficient. Awesome people to work with! John Hodges

My mom is 78 years old and had a large maple tree uproot and fall on her house in early December during the wet, windy weather. The tree punctured the roof in multiple spots, and it also broke two of the roof trusses, and tore off large sections of gutter. We were actually referred to Dependable Roofing by my mom's Insurance Company, Farmers, but we were not familiar with Dependable Roofing prior to that time. Justin initially came out to assess the damage, and he did inspections above the garage, in the attic space in the house itself, and then outside. He was clean cut, courteous, professional, and took the time to be thorough and accurate. At the conclusion of his inspection, he explained to us what he found, what he as going to do, and the timeframe when his crew could get out to do the work--- we were more than happy to work with him on that given the weather and time of year. He also told us he would advocate for an entire new roof because it would not be possible to simply patch the damaged areas and match the existing shingles (about 14-15 years old); thus, it would not look good. Sure enough, Farmers approved Justin's recommendations. These are obviously big ticket repairs; if a company like Farmers Insurance trusts Dependable Roofing without sending out their own in-house Claims Adjustor, that says a lot about their trust and confidence in the company! Given their backlog of work, and the snowy and rainy weather, work commenced the first part of February, which was fine as the roof was fully tarped and protected from further damage. A full crew came out, and got right to work. Tim, the Foreman, could not be nicer, more courteous, or a better communicator. He put my mom at ease immediately-- she knew she could trust Tim, and she always felt safe. Tim communicated throughout the project, and told us exactly what they were going to do at every step-- these guys are nowhere near the stereotypical roofing company-- they are exceptionally professional and courteous, and they were extremely thorough and conscientious in how they went about getting the work done. They also discovered some significant additional damage to the roof that was not caused by the tree, but was a condition that was already there, but unknown-- this saved my mom thousands of dollars because, had they roofed over the previously unknown damage (only discovered because they replaced the whole roof), it would have required tearing off a large section of the new shingles to fix that damage once it was eventually discovered-- thank you, Tim and Crew!
