  If this is the company that came to inspect my roof for a leak that has already been located and Mitigated, upon arriving he didn't introduce himself and he also wouldn't even look at my roof and said he cannot make any repairs, he can only replace the whole roof. That's absolutely absurd. It's an 7 year old asphalt composite shingle roof and the damaged area is only 18in by 4ft. Just a piece of sagging roof deck. He refused to check out or look at my photos. Only would sell me a "new roof". Very disappointed in the customer service. I wish they wouldn't say one thing on the phone and then completely disregard what they said they can do. I do not recommend them for roof repairs... Maybe if you are looking for a new roof that's a different story... Very upset and Let down by customer service. They lost a customer that could of been with them for a lifetime.

  Great customer service and they did a very good job in color matching the replacement shingles with the existing shingles. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to other home owners.

  They had two faces, a cold face after receiving the deposit and a smiling face before that. Julian said his boss would start my project the following week but never showed up, Lisa left a message saying they were waiting for materials but didn't know the delivery date. Neither one is answering my calls and the manager of this company always seems to be away. I will continue to update.
