  David Brazil showed up to my home for a scheduled appointment and knocked on my door, did not ring the ring door bell. My 25 year old daughter answered the door, he started rattling on about who he was and why he was there, my daughter told him to hold on a minute and walked away from the door, she left the door open while she went to get her son. I was not feeling well on the couch watching and hearing everything. David Brazil entered my house after being told to hold on and went upstairs, by the time my daughter got up there he said he was going out on the roof and exited the house. He went on the house for short period of time and then came back to the front door and said he was leaving and wouldn't let us know what he found. He did not have a business card, he was not in uniform, he was not in a business marked vehicle, he didn't put on shoe booties, he didn't remove his boots, and last but not least he was very rude. The way he handles customers is not professional at all. There needs to be the same level of respect for business owners as there are for customers. Without customers your business will not continue. The vibe he gave me and my family is that he thinks he runs everything, no the only thing you run is your business. A little pointer, do not enter someone house until your invited in.

  He acted promptly during the severe storm in the city where many people had damaged problems. My roof which was tile had damage causing a hole in the roof allowing water to come into a half bath. He was able to remove the tile and repair the damage without causing more damage to the tile. His mannerism both himself and his workers were excellent. I'm very happy with his service If I could him a 5 plus I would. I will recommend him to others and use him on my other properties.
