I recently had Cwalina Construction build a large family room and powder room onto to my home. I can’t imagine a better outcome. I have had experience with many contractors in the past, and never had the satisfaction of the quality and timeliness as with this job. This crew did the entire job which included grading the ground, pouring footings, framing, roofing, siding, gutters, plumbing, electric, windows, doors flooring, insulation and all the finishing touches. No subcontractors were involved. They were on the job every day rain or shine until the job was finished. The cleanliness and work ethic is top notch and they were very easy to work with including accepting changes. I highly recommend Cwalina Construction for a very wide range of work or repairs.

Brian is very nice and professional, as are the rest of his crew. He has been so helpful since I moved into my new house! As usual there are a million projects that I want to do and I go to Cwalina Construction for literally everything. I have a picture here of the bathroom floor he put in. Used to be gross carpet and now it's beautiful! Highly recommend!

Brian and his guys did an amazing job building us a pool house. From the beginning in discussions with Brian and Val they were easy to work with , receptive, honest and accommodating. They were forthcoming with updates through the entire project. Their price was fair, always on time and always respectful. I will definitely be using them in future projects.
