  I called and asked for a roof inspection. I never heard back. 3 weeks later AAS, LLC billed me for $200. When I reached out to inquire and tell them I had never received a report by email or a call or a text. They insisted I had received and opened the report. That did not happen. They insisted upon payment and threatened to turn me over to a collection agency.

  None of what you said is true. You did receive it 100% on time with everything you asked for. You just tried to take advantage and get out of paying.

  Responsive, thorough, on time and easy to work with. All things I have NEVER been able to say about a contractor in the Pocono's up till now. Hired to fix one issue, and he took pictures of other problems discovered on my roof - which I would never have seen by myself. Even removed a hornets nest at N/C.
