  Alicia was extremely attentive with the customer service aspect and followed up every step of the way. I made contact with Alicia upon receipt of our leak issues, and she quickly had an estimator at our property the NEXT DAY. The Crown team had an estimate turn around quickly and the job was done before the prior storm (which was my concern). Alicia followed up with me every step of the way (from start to finish). This is really good customer service, and a great customer CARE attitude. As of right now, we have no leaks in our lobby area windows as we had in the past. Thank you to Alicia and the entire team for fixing our issues timely, with consistent follow up.

  I called on Monday and the crew arrived on Wednesday to repair our roof. They wasted no time getting to work and completed the job that day. Thoroughly professional, courteous and very hard working. I couldn’t be more pleased with Crown Roofing — from the very first call to Brittney to finishing the repair Crown exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

  Crown was very responsive to my request for repair to a leak in my roof. This is my second time using Crown as they did warranty work on my home in 2017 as well. The crew was very professional and found the source of the leak in less than 20 minutes. The crew was able to repair the seam in my roof in about 8 hours. This included the careful stripping of my tiles and pulling away the damaged membrane. The only reason Crown is not getting 5 stars from me is that it took more than 10 days and a follow-up call from me to schedule the crew to put my tiles back in place. However, when they did come it took about 3 hours to complete the job. In total, the job came at less than estimate and the entire team at Crown was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.
