  When I bought my house two years ago, I was in urgent need of some roof repairs and Carlos (owner of CMG Roofing) was very quick to make the needed repairs. I got the impression he dropped what he was doing to address my issues. So recently, when I decided to replace the entire roof, I obtained four quotes. CMG was NOT the lowest but three of the four, Carlos' included, were all quite close. I selected CMG to do the entire job and have been very pleased that I did. Once the roof tiles were received by the supplier, the entire job was done very quickly, in about 3 weeks. I think a huge advantage of utilizing CMG is that Carlos himself is a former roofer and he has a small, dedicated staff that takes immense pride in the quality of their work. Only two CMG employees spent most of their time doing the actual installation, and I think this further enhances quality work vs. some of the huge groups of workers I've seen on others' roofs. Additionally, many of my neighbors commented on the quality of work and especially, their attention to detail - for instance, some commented that the yard never looked like anyone had been there working at the end of the day. I am especially pleased with the "look" of the final job - the mortar lines along the joints of the roof/eve caps are very clean and neat. Once, during the 3-phase inspection process, the inspector commented, "these guys really know what they are doing." As most know, the cost of a new tile roof in FL, without any insurance reimbursement, is very, very expensive and I am very pleased that I selected CMG Roofing. Their overall performance was outstanding.

  Carlos is very friendly and efficient. He did a great job on the roof he repaired. He stayed in touch to keep us informed of the progress he was making until the work was completed. He is very professional and he does excellent work.

  As a home inspector I rely greatly on reliable, dependable and honest trades to refer to my customers and Carlos is by far the most honest and dependable roofer I know. I use personally on my own properties and trust him for my clients as well.
