  I recently used Crosby roofing for a roof inspection and roof repair. I was referred by my realtor. Initially they were very responsive. They sent someone out the same week I called for a roof inspection and we’re able to provide an estimate that same week. Setting up a time for repair took 3-4 weeks. I had to call multiple times to see if they received our signed contract, resend the contract multiple times, and then call multiple times to get a time set up. I was told a sales rep would call me to set up the repair but I never heard from them. The repairman was very nice and showed up on time, he called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to be sure the day and time still worked. Now that I am needing a receipt to turn into my realtor it is back to taking days for a response. I have been told multiple times “I have it pulled up in front of me and will send it in a few minutes” but it never gets sent. Not happy with the customer service/office staff. If you are working on a time line I would not recommend this company.

  Awful experience. They sub contract insurance jobs to the lowest bidder who does awful work. They chipped the trim around my house and cracked some of the boards in half. Shoddy workmanship: poorly laid shindles, gaps everywhere, sealant spread unevenly, tar on the side of my house, DirecTV antenna tore down and just lying in my yard, a fence section removed and not replaces so they can get in the back yard, the list goes on. Have been dealing directly with the owner (Richard), who gives empty promises and hopes you just go away (he promised to meet me at the house this week, haven't heard a word and been texting his personal cell phone). This is about the third time since September he's promised to make things right and then went silent. Will be reporting this to the BBB once this is written. I have a very hard time believing I'm the only one having this experience with them. *****UPDATE***** Have my house up for sale and the inspector found that there was a water damaged hole in the roof (reason for the insurance repair) that they just covered with shingles and has caused additional damage. *****UPDATE 2***** The picture attached of the hole in the roof was 9 months after Crosby put a roof on. Not before. Stressing that the hole was Crosby's fault

  Just had my new roof done by Crosby Roofing and they did an amazing job. They had my whole house roof tear off and complete new roof in one day. I am so happy.. it is beautiful. Thanks to Mr. Lee Martin, Richard Crosby and all his team for getting the job done. I will recommend Crosby Roofing to anyone who wants a good job with a company who is very friendly and stands by there work. Great work guys.
