  Horrible place. Absolute garbage customer service. Went to try to match some vinyl siding, they took the time to match it, looked it up on the computer, told me they had 10 pieces in stock( I needed 8) then proceeded to tell me there was no chance they could find it. Avoid this place by all means. They may be too big to fail but they certainly deserve to.

  Poor customer service , im a good customer in florida region and waited over an hour to pick my supplies ,after i placed the order over the phone. My experience overall in macon, ga was very poor. I had to look for another supplier after being a loyal customer in florida for 20 years.

  It has been a challenge getting our material from this company. We were initially told it would take 10 to 12 weeks before our material arrived. It has been six months and ongoing. We have constantly only received partial orders and our exterior home renovation project has yet to be completed. We have no idea when our building materials will arrive and our home and yard are currently left in shambles. We purchased vinyl siding from ABC Supply, and the only things currently protecting the exterior of our house is the paper moisture barrier and the few sheets of vinyl that actually came in thus far. The contractor presumed everything was in, otherwise he would not have started the job. Now, we have no clue when this nightmare will end. Our home renovation dream has become a nightmare.
