  On two occasions, CRM South Roofing Solutions successfully repaired leaks in our roof. Subsequently, another service company was on the roof and noticed that it had not been completely cleaned up following the repairs. We contacted CRM and they sent a crew to address the problem. The crew spent several hours reviewing and cleaning up the earlier work and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use CRM again.

  I am a realtor who sells 40 plus homes per year. We also have a rental management division of our company that manages 36 rental properties. Roof problems come up VERY often, and when they do, I ALWAYS call CRM South Roofing. They are reliable, honest, responsive and hard working. I trust them 100% and can always rely on them to do the right thing. My job is so much easier when having a team like this that I can trust. I highly recommend them!!!

  I got referral from a neighbor for a quick response but relatively simple repair. Insurance company forced a fast repair or cancel policy do to inspection they did. CRM was responsive and sent someone next day. But the price was out of line ($1000 quote to fix 2-3 tiles). I had replacement tiles even. When the guy was on the roof doing the work, he found a lot of other tiles that needed to be replace along with many of the crown tiles. I had the tiles so I had to have him do the work. Initial job was maybe two hours and then the rest took about 4 hours. The charge was $2000. For 6 hours of work, and they used my tiles. The bad review is they had me over the barrel and they stuck it to me. The neighbor who referred them on his own called the owner on my behalf, asking for a refund back to me. CRM sent a letter to him LYING about the work. They said two people 8 hours each and they spend $400 on materials. It was one person for 6 hours and no materials. So not only did they way overcharge me - they had the audacity to send a letter with a bunch of lies. DO NOT USE CRM SOUTH.
