Chris was exceptional and completely remodeled the bathroom at my villa for my parents who live there.  The work came out better than we could have expected.  I will recommend him to all of my clients and friends!

We had a pipe break in our master bedroom.   Mr. Roads came to our house within hours after I called him.  He did the demolition of the ceiling,  replaced the broken pipes the first few days.   He had the drywall people there a couple of days later then the painters.

Remarkable job that wasn't planned.  We can’t say enough about the great job.

Chris has done many jobs for me over many years. Including A/C install and repairs, rehab, flooring, repairs, upgrades, plumbing, etc.. - projects big and small.  Always gets the job done well, and will get the details right.  He's upfront, fair, a hard worker and conscientious.  Very glad I met Chris,  now more than ever.

Chris has done many jobs for me around my home, repairing my pump,  fixing electrical wiring, unclogging a main drain, installing 2 new air conditioning units, maintaining them and doing many of these same jobs plus miscellaneous repairs at my rental. He is honest, trustworthy, dependable, communicates what the job will take and gives you a fair ball park dollar figure of the cost. Yes, I do consider Chris my friend as this friendship has been developed over many years of his great service. I highly recommend this man and his reliable team.

Chris, and his guys renovated my Master bathroom. They were clean and professional throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with the work that they performed and the time frame in which they achieved it. It required major plumbing and demolition, yet they were always able to maintain my house impeccable. As an architect I am used to working with contractors, Chris and his team are exceptional in their craft I will without question continue too use him and his team for any renovations that I am involved in.

Chris and his team were outstanding very professional, timely, worked within our budget and provided excellent workmanship.  We were in a tight spot due to mold/water damage in our home where insurance only paid out so much.  After two months of trying to find someone able to come in not only to do the job but work with us a friend recommended Chris.  He came over immediately gave me an estimate, had a crew over the next day and out bedroom/bathroom done in 3/4 weeks.  Thank you Chris and crew!!!

I had an very old very tired A/C in 2012, Chris replaced it with a wonderful very economical system. He has since worked on many projects at my house and friends . He always comes when he promises, does what he says he will do . He is willing to discuss your ideas and takes the time to explain to you what the best choices are with the building materials available. He gives the best advise and often has a unique solution to your problems. He is very trustworthy , honest and a pleasure to deal with. I am using him again to solve some water and roofing problems with my Lani. I can't wait to see the results and will post pictures when i can. Thanks Chris you are a life saver!
