  I am an investor and have had roofs done in several of my rehabs. The problem with many roofing contractors is that they’ll do their job hastily without regard to what’s the right way of getting it done. I’ve had roofs replaced but underlying rotten trusses never mentioned. This one contractor installed a part of the new roof on top of the old one. You won’t have that issue with CWP. They patiently inspect the whole job and get the repair/replacement done right. They are extremely competitive with pricing as well. Highly recommended.
