  I purchased my first house 1 year ago and within my first year I developed a roof leak. I have never had to make a homeowners claim before in my life. Prax Casanova promptly came out. He took care of everything and even called my insurance company to start the claim for me. My insurance company only wanted to do a small repair. Prax come out and did a brittle test and got me a brand new roof! I highly recommend Carolina restoration pro and especially Prax Casanova, he truly went above and beyond

  Very professional crew. I sent my representative, Prax, about 35 questions before signing the contract and he answered them all quickly. His knowledge about working with insurance companies made this part very easy for me. Eleazar was my crew leader and did a great job responding to my questions and requests during the installation. They completed everything including clean up in one day. Great team to work with.

  Quality service without the gimmicks. Working with Michael Logan made what would seem like a daunting task super easy and efficient. He clearly explained each step in the process and maintained open & consistent communication. The roof team was always amazing. I was amazed at how efficiently they worked within one day. They cleaned up thoroughly- you couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend working with Michael & Carolina Restoration Pro.
