  Jordan from Jacksonville NC office came thru for myself and my twin sister on our house roof. I called Craig up and he sent Jordan out because we had major damages inside because of water damage in 6 rooms in our house. We didn't know where all the damage came from . Jordan went around with the insurance adjuster and they came up with a plan . We went with the whole house fortified. They done and excellent job and the workers were knowledgeable of what the were doing. Great job guys.

  Today, March 6, 2020, Complete Roofing (Mobile, AL) installed our new roof. I don’t have enough positives to describe the work that was done. Our initial meeting with Craig Edsall about a year ago left a good impression and we finally decided to call them back last month to say we were ready to move forward. Soon after, we met with Mike Taylor and immediately felt we had chosen the right company to do our job. Positive Feedback • The crew arrived shortly after 6AM and worked well after dark. Their lunch break was brief and they were back working. They just kept going. The crew’s work ethic is amazing. • Great experience with company management. • Installation crew very professional, hardworking and friendly. • Roof looks amazing. • Mike is a roofing pro. There’s no question about roofing he can’t answer. • 50-year roof meaning I won’t have to replace again until after I’m dead. Hahaha • Very easy-to-use financing option. • Looking forward to the insurance discount for having a fortified roof. • Our house was built almost 24 years ago and the original roof was nowhere near the quality of our new roof.
