  Steve is absolutely the BEST! We had a very last minute need for our roof to be inspected while selling our home and Steve came out ASAP. He is very respectful, super knowledgeable and wrote up a detailed report for us. We will definitely be going back for any future roof needs, you won’t be disappointed either!

  Steve was incredibly amazing to work with. He was flexible, reliable and honest. We are having a new home built and after issues with the roof, Steve was able to come out an inspect the work the builders did. He wrote an incredibly through inspection report that detailed and pictured all the issues he found. We are planning to have him come back for further inspection of our roof. We highly recommend him!

  I started off looking for an independent roofing inspector because I didn't quite trust a contractor to be honest. When I found colorado consultants for roofing, they were exactly what I needed. They didn't try to upsell anything or talk over my head. He explained everything, answered questions and left me knowing a lot more about roofing than when I started. Very informative and detailed. Let me know exactly what was wrong with the roof and what corrections needed to be made to stop my leaks. The hardest part? Paying them. They were much cheaper than I expected and even cleaned my gutter just because they were there. I wanted to pay them extra but the owner wasn't worried about. He was extremely patient and was if anything hesitant to accept a tip. Its been a very long time since I met someone with such integrity and honesty.
