  Home built in 2016 with roofing by Collis. Issues with ridge cap nails backing out found in 2020 and now leaking around flashing and through bathroom vent. They will not stand behind their work and want to charge almost $800 to repair poor workmanship relating to vent. Beware DR HORTON home buyers!

  This home was built in 2014 and has exceeded any Collis warranty. However, we stood behind our work regarding the mentioned 2020 repair, at no cost to the homeowner. Our technicians were out for the initial evaluation regarding your vent leak today, and we have not had the opportunity to review their notes to be able to provide an official quote at this time. As stated earlier, we will have management review the technician’s findings, and we will reach out next week with a resolution, in hopes to satisfy both parties.

  I first met Jeff during an inspection of my new roof where he informed me of some issues with some of the tiles. From my first interaction with him over the phone, he was very professional and extremely cordial. I felt confident he cared about the quality of work done at my location. Upon meeting him, he proved to be just as impressive and seem to really care about my concerns. Approximately 10 days later, Russell was dispatched to address the issues. He was equally friendly and thorough during his visit. I am so thankful and appreciative to have had such a wonderful team take care of my roofing needs.
