Coastal Carolina Roofing was Excellent! Wayne is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained options and cost estimate was very reasonable. Whole Crew was  superb! Tore old roof off, made structural repairs , added membrane and new shingles with great team work. Very timely and Efficient!! Best and very thorough clean up!! Highly Recommend!!!

Coastal Carolina Roofing came out to give an estimate to replace the shingles on the  roof on our shed. First of all, they came out like they said they would. They gave a fair estimate and they even were able to do the job the same day. They cleaned up when they were done! The roof looked great! I recommend!

We had minimal damage from Hurricane Florence, and after multiple attempts to find a roofer in the area we stumbled upon Coastal Carolina Roofing. Wayne's crew came out the same day as my husband contacted them! The crew was efficient and fast. Pleased with their service. Thanks!!

Don't sign ANYTHING with this company. We trusted Wayne and got hurt. We debated posting a review since we know he will never benefit from his ill-gotten gains in the end, but then we thought of  homeowners who rely on these reviews like we did. Yes, it is Wayne who said he lives on Oak Island. While a business profit is expected and necessary, Wayne seems to be taking unfair advantage of those who have already suffered hardship, those same people who happen to be his own neighbors. Double whammy to the homeowners like us who have to come up with enormous deductibles. He claims to do extras and upgrades. The roof does look good and we hope it lasts, but the job was nothing that another roofer couldn't do. Even our insurance agent said Wayne could do the job for less if he wanted to. What Wayne did was technically not illegal, but as most people in the nonconstruction trade, we were naive and duped into signing a contract based on his silver tongue. We ended up paying a WHOLE lot more than we should have. Then once he received his payment he didn't follow through on the remaining promises he made, even with repeated reminders. WHY?!?  Wondering now how good his warranty will be. Maybe Wayne will change his ways and learn to help his fellow man rather than take advantage of them. We are are so dissapointed and regret putting our trust in this man.  Beware!

Requested a quote on Better Business Bureau's website, but Coastal Carolina Roofing never responded to the actually request. Instead they sent a "How Did We Do?" email with a link that has the proverbial THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED message.
I don't know whether it's the CCR or BBB that's scamming but now I can't get a BBB page to come up to check which companies I've already requested a quote from. You think your rights as a consumer is protected by BBB, but it seems they can no longer be trusted.
You all may think you're getting away with taking advantage of people (especially 80 year old widows). As YHUH lives, your evil ways will come back to you and attempting to cover your tails with bogus info will soon be revealed.
