  I live in the Pasadena area and was considering getting a new roof and siding . After reaching out to a couple different roofing company’s prices seem to be pretty high for my budget at thls time . I had one last estimate and wow I’m not to sure how he did it , but after speaking to bill not only did he beat the lowest estimate that I had by almost 4000 dollars , he then spent almost additional hour with me and my wife listening some minor problems that we were having and went over the details as in my color options and different payment options with me ,that I didn’t even know was available — so yes not only did I lock in a price with bill , he was very helpful in many different ways and will be returning in the second week of April , after I get my sky lights delivered due to them being back ordered cause of the special design , and that way I’ll get all my work done at once . THANK YOU BILL SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME , I TRULY HOPE YOU KNOW IT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED !

  Chris came to my home as scheduled to give me an estimate on my roof. In all honesty, I had no intention of following through right away as I wanted a few estimates and wasn’t planning to do anything until spring. He was professional and talked us the through the entire process from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the attention to detail on his trade. At the end of the appointment we made the decision to allow CVLLC to do our roof installation. We canceled our other estimates and couldn’t be happier that we did. The price was great and we saved vs what other neighbors had paid. Chris called us a few days prior to let us know when the material would be dropped and the installation would take place. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently through the entire day and into the evening to complete our roof (which isn’t small). They guarded all of our outdoor furniture and covered the walkway to catch any and all debris. By the time they were finished, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Cleanup was exceptional. I have 3 small dogs and that was a worry, but they even double checked and had everything up. Chris also stopped by during the instal to see that things were going as planned and to make sure I was happy with the work being performed, I thought that was very kind and showed great care for me as a customer. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire this company for our families needs. Definitely don’t regret it and highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

  We had just purchased our home a few months before they came knocking on our door. They were great upfront before the install of our new roof - albeit very pushy for us to make a decision quickly. I would have liked to have gotten quotes from other companies but was not able to do so within their timeframe. Day of the install came and a different company showed up to do the install so obviously they subcontracted the work out. During the estimate, we were charged for several items that were not installed on our roof but they said were necessary and would need to be replaced. I asked for the leftover materials to be left behind (since we were paying for them) but they were taken away. We don’t even have any extra bundles (or even the partial bundle) of shingles for repairs if we need them. I asked several times for a detailed invoice for all of the materials used on our roof, but we have yet to receive anything. Also, I know that it is impossible to pick up 100% of the nails or prevent them from falling to the ground when replacing a roof, but we have more than most other crews than I have dealt with in the past and our dog always finds them.
