  I would not recommend Charles Harpring Roofing to anyone. Their negligence on installing a new roof at one of my properties resulted in them having to repair my ceiling. They took 42 days to complete the roof installation project. While they were taking an abnormally lengthy time to finish the roof, their work resulted in a roof leak causing my ceiling to collapse on the 1st floor. They did have someone repair the ceiling and they did cover the costs though. However, this could have been avoided if they did not take 42 days to finish installing a new roof. I am displeased with their owner, as their owner was asking for a full payment BEFORE their work was complete as well because their "payroll" was getting too low. I paid 50% upfront and the agreement was to pay the remaining 50% once ALL repairs were done. Furthermore, while the ceiling was under repair, my tenant could not live in his unit until they had someone fix the ceiling that they ruined from their roof repair. This business made many rookie mistakes by not completing in a timely manner and asking for money before all work was complete. I will never use them again and I am sorry I went with them in the first place.

  I have had Harpering Roofing work on several of my homes and they provide nothing but stellar service. They have completed 4 different jobs for me which were all guaranteed and correct the first time. Great company to do business with!

  Harpring did an excellent job on our roof and promptly issued an unsolicited refund check after I accidentally overpaid. Quality and honesty - a great combination.
