  Charm City did a fantastic job with my full flat room tear off, rebuild, gutter and skylight installation. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. They were communicative and prompt up to the installation and responsive to the minor issues that arose afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future!

  Darius came out to do the estimate and he was very professional. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and he was very honest about the condition of my roof. I was pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Excellent work.

  We are recent first time home buyers so this is our first time getting a new roof. We had wind damage from a recent storm and made an insurance claim. Charm City Roofing helped us navigate this process. Our roof inspector and sales rep was Darius and he was wonderful. He answered all our questions and gave us great advice on how work with our insurance company. He was always very communicative, honest, and was upfront about any challenges with acquiring materials due to supply chain issues and the pandemic. He was able to get the color and quality of the shingles we wanted despite these challenges. Charm City Roofing let us know when our roofing days needed to be rescheduled due to the weather. All of the roof workers were professional, communicative, and were on time. Thanks again Charm City Roofing for helping us newbie homeowners. We love our new roof! 10/10 Recommend.
