  Our experience seems similar to that of many other low-star reviewers. We ordered a door and windows in September, and there was a complete lack of communication from Champion until mid-December. I had to call several recorded lines and leave voicemails, then reach out on all their social media platforms to finally reach a real person. It wasn't easy. I did finally reach a human, and install was supposed to be Dec. 27...but ALL FIVE of our windows were the wrong size. Before realizing none would fit, the installer shattered one of the old ones, so he had to put the new one in anyway...with a ton of gross-looking foam around it to "make it fit." We later found glass shards on our daughter's floor and bed. As of today (Jan. 26) we have absolutely ZERO idea when our correct windows and door will arrive. I'm often told someone will follow up, someone will call me, and they never do. Below is a photo of just one of the five incorrectly measured windows. It is 1 3/4" too small for the opening. Also pictured is the way they “fixed” it until the second round of windows come…in six weeks.

  Mike Pappas (salesman) was totally awesome and very professional. I had three other window/door Manufactures scheduled to give me bids to replace 14 windows and two entry doors. With Mike's sales pitch and his attitude towards Champion made my decision. I did do my own research before hand and was very pleased with Mike's presentation of Champion's product line. I had a major competitor give me a bid last week and it was shocking that their warranty was no comparison to Champion's. The price of Champion was unbeatable as well. Window for window Champion was far better design and quality. I will update this once installation is completed.

  Champion has always been responsive and honest to work with. Ladd Williams came out to set up the sale of our window and door replacements. He was upfront about all costs and made us feel comfortable with each step of the process. It was refreshing to work with someone that still has morals and a conscious. We are grateful for the opportunity to have great windows and doors as well as be working with a great company.
