  This company is amazing. I initially used them for some work after a wind storm. They were quick, left estimates, great and affordable pricing and completed the repairs. They also ensured they cleaned up and left no small bits of product until the yard for my puppy to get. I used them again after a small fire damaged some sidingZ others told me they were not interested in the business both times because the repairs were small. CFS never said that! I look forward to a long customer partnership with them. The best and quick!

  Great Experience! Thanks to Bruce Mullins and his team for A/C work DONE RIGHT! CFS Mechanical Services recently installed 2 new a/c units and replaced all our ductwork! Everyone inside the office and the field was a pleasure to work with!! Thank you CFS!

  Since we purchased our home we have had active leaks. CFS would come out and attempt to do patchwork which would result in more leaks. We hired an expert roofing company to give an unbiased opinion. The results were the roof was not put on to code or properly. In March 2019 we paid for another company to replace our roof. In May 2019 we had to have all of the wood on the bottom floor replaced due to water damage. CFS has been horrible to us throughout this process. Two months ago we received a magazine in the mail with CFS using OUR home to advertise their roofing company. It was the final slap in the face. I want people to know how they treat their clients.
