They installed our roof and we have a repair that needs to be made and no one will return our call

I can explain as follows…. Her husband called me a couple of times, but would not say where he was from or the nature of the call, his messages were simply: “This is Mr. Kriss, call me.” I get lots of weird calls that I ignore – spam, sales, etc. We do not have Kriss listed anywhere in our system as a client because they bought a house that we roofed BEFORE Mr. and Mrs. Kriss owned it. The property management company reached out to me with the address and I was able to determine the roof in question. It turns out their roofing warranty had expired one year prior to their calls. I sent the warranty information to the property management firm. They acknowledged receipt, but never reached back out with a request for service. This all occurred in December 2021. Did not hear from them again….

We had our shingle roof replaced with a metal one, and couldn't be happier. It turned out great, looks wonderful, the work was completed quickly, and the crew was very professional and helpful. Its not so easy to find good quality people that do outstanding work, so we'll be forever grateful that we chose West Coast to make this project a success. I highly recommend them.
