  We had an older roof that was in need of a few repairs and when I was looking for a company - I had several estimates for both repairing and replacing a shingle roof and also received quotes on a metal roof but CFE was the only one to explain everything including the differences to me from the very beginning. They answered all my questions that I had especially on the metal roof which I was not sure I would like but after hearing about it and all the benefits - I decided to go with it. It took only a couple days to complete - from the time they said they were coming out until they posted the permit in the window. They were very friendly, clean and professional. I got alot of compliments on the roof and it is truly quiet - I NEVER know when it is raining unless I look out the window LOL. I would definitely refer Central Florida Exterior to anyone looking to upgrade their roof.

  From the day CFE quoted the job until it was complete, they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Their communication is excellent. Their crews unsurpassed. I'd never call anyone else for a metal roof.

  From start to finish, CFE was excellent. I had given up hope on a metal roof due to extreme cost & wait times from other roofing companies. I was recommended to contact CFE & was ecstatic when provided an estimate. The wait time to install the roof was still excellent, considering the issues with sourcing materials & the install was seamless. All my concerns were addressed before, during & after the install. After dealing with several other remodel projects, I was expecting a large mess to clean up after the install; but was pleasantly surprised absolutely no mess! I would highly recommend CFE to anyone & they will be my only source for roofing needs from now on.
