  Dan was very helpful and worked with my family to find what would work best for our house. The crew that did the work were done earlier than the projected timeline and got us in the schedule sooner than we were projected as well. I really appreciated their work and how they were respectful of our house as they navigated through it to do our insulation. Staff was very friendly all around and very easy to work with. On top of all of that, the insulation work they did seems to have really helped in the heat efficacy of our house.

  I used C.S. to fix the roof of my new (old) house. They were upfront about costs that may arise and patient with all of my questions. The work was done in a couple days, and they updated me on conditions and changes. The final result looks great. Along with new shingles, they capped my chimney. After being left uncapped for many years, the chimney has sustained some wear to the masonry. When the newly installed cap blew off after a month, I contacted C.S. to see if they could replace it under warranty. Andy (project manager for my roof) responded promptly, collected the cap, repainted it, and arranged for it to be reattached extra securely. He let me know that if the cap comes off again due to the state of the chimney, I could reach out to them for guidance on getting the masonry fixed. The fact that they took extra pains to be sure it was done right rather than shrug it off as "an act of God" on weak masonry scores a lot of points with me. They treated myself and my property with respect. If my house needs other major work in the future, I'll definitely look to C.S. first.

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience with CS Construction. The crew was top notch, very pleasant to work with and quality craftsmanship. We did a complete siding job with window installation as well as a new driveway poured. We are extremely happy with the results!
