We wanted to change the whole windows and patio doors of the house. The first technician who came stole my wife's jewellery. The second more experienced technician got the measurements wrong for three of the windows so we had to wait an additional 3 months. Then the third time, they came with the fireplace windows having the wrong measurements and forgot about the master bathroom window. So now we have to wait 3 more months. All windows were not caulked properly nor finished correctly on the inside. So a job that was supposed to take 3 months is now taking a year. I strongly recommend not to use this company. They are the prime example of incompetence.

I stopped here today to look at all the different Anderson windows here. My neighbors used this company and since our homes are identical thought this would make life easy. I called in the fall asking if it would be possible to get an estimate…not a quote, nothing official, just a ballpark amount and was told that shouldn’t be a problem. Had time today, so I stopped by. I was questioned immediately as to who told me they could do that, and, asked for my phone number. It was looked up in the computer that I called in September. I’m not sure why that mattered, but ok. No help was offered. I’m somewhat shocked by the complete lack of not only customer service but pure disregard. I was asked how many windows I have and told that will be roughly 2000 to 3000 per window, and that was basically it. I left. Won’t be back.

Again, I apologize for the miscommunication, or lack thereof communication. Good luck if you’re a woman in need of their services. I knew the specific door and light system we wanted for our entryway (from their online catalog), and the scheduler on the phone explained no prices are given until after measurements/options are given—which is totally acceptable, and I wanted to move forward with scheduling the appointment. She insisted that my husband be present for the appointment and we went back and forth over this issue due to work conflicts. I explained we agreed on the door and that I would be signing the contract and paying for it. I have scheduled and received bids from roofers, painters, cement work and landscapers, and none of them required my husband be present for the bid or when accepting money. I’m shocked in 2022 that a company would be so archaic. They will never have our business (and my husband agrees—by the way!).

We tried to schedule the appointment for you, as it is NOT our policy to require both homeowners to be present. You respectfully declined & cited wanting to speak with your husband about the lead time on installation prior to scheduling an appointment. We would still love the opportunity to earn you business.
