  I would highly recommend Buffalo Roofing. We lost shingles/ had damage from those two bad wind storms last month. Not knowing the process of making a homeowners insurance claim for this situation, our first call was to Buffalo Roofing. Mitchell came out right away, took some photos of the damage, walked me through the whole process of making a claim with our insurance company, and just provided a lot of good information and settled the nerves we had about the process. I went on to setup my claim with my homeowners insurance and throughout this whole process, Tyler then took over in helping out and getting everything inline and moving forward. He was on top of everything, calling and setting things up with the adjusters, the communication was prompt and clear and I never felt out of the loop about everything. We had the insurance adjusters out quickly to to do their estimates and reporting, then when the estimates came back, and the insurance company was low on their end, Tyler fought for us and provided all the information and photos to our insurance company so that we were compensated and covered correctly for the damages that occurred. I never had to get in the middle of the "insurance game" of going back and forth, the stress that was lifted by not having to go through that was great. Then once everything was good to go, and it was time to have our roof replaced, the crew came out, and despite it being winter and cold, they worked through it, and got it done in almost one day, only needing to come back the next day to finish one tiny part and do a second thorough cleanup. The roof looks great, the cleanup was great, I could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Thank you very much Mitchell and Tyler. If anybody needs work done, or has damage to their roof and is going through homeowners insurance, give Buffalo Roofing a call first and let them help you through the process. Thank you again.

  Following a recent windstorm that took down several shingles, I spoke with Tyler who came the next day to assess the damage. He determined there was probably enough damage to get a replacement via insurance, and he returned when the adjuster came to go through the damage together. His assistance led to full coverage, which was obviously great! But that, of course, is only part of the process. He was able to set us up so that his team was here in under a week, and they did a full replacement in a single day. The project lead was awesome, the team was efficient, cleanup went smoothly. And the roof was immediately put to the test with a rainstorm, which it passed with flying colors! They also replaced several plywood planks which had gone bad at no charge - plywood is super expensive right now and they could have pretended there wasn’t any issue to save some money for themselves, but they didn’t - getting the job done right was clearly the priority. I give them 5 stars with no reservations. The quote is free, so if you’re on the fence, just shoot them a message and see for yourself.

  Enough cannot be said about this highly professional company. Their competence and quality of work is unsurpassed! They were prompt, courteous, very respectful of our property, and maintained an active and open line of communication throughout the entire process.
